Exchange and Return
Not satisfied with your product? Or is it broken? That is annoying and we are going to do something about it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can of course return it. The trial period is 14 days from the day of delivery.
All our promises:
14 days cooling-off period, after receiving your product.
Exchange product? Upon receipt, we ship your new product the same day.
Money back? The amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt.
Is your product broken? Then you have warranty on your product, see our warranty conditions.
Please note that your order can only be returned or exchanged if it meets the return conditions. The costs for the return are for your own. You are responsible for damage or disappearance of the package during the return. We recommend to send the return with track & trace code. After the order is received in good order by us, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a 14 days.
Return conditions
- Returns or exchanges are only possible within 14 days.
- The product must be new and unused.
- The product must be undamaged.
- No attempt has been made to restore a possible defect.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns, please let us know by email. In this case, please include your full name and order number and the items you wish to cancel, exchange or return.
How does return work?
- Download our online return form (form in Dutch, can be filled in English).
- Fill in the return form and add this with the invoice to the package.
- Pack the product well and securely with the original packaging. In this way the chance of damage is as small as possible.
- Send the package back to us.
- Sit back and wait 14 days for the purchase amount to be refunded to your account.
Please note: the account number you specify for the refund must be the same as the account number with which you paid your order. This is because of the possible fraud with refunds.
Only items purchased from Technozom.com can be exchanged and returned.
The article must be returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. If the items are in a worse condition due to further use, are incomplete, not in the original packaging or are returned with a damaged original packaging, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
Return the item (s) always well packaged (in the original packaging and neatly packed). So do not use the original box as a mail package and stick it to the return address, for example. Just like you, a next customer also likes to receive the item in a neat and original package.
Always keep proof of delivery until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been received. This proof shows the date and the receipt number of your return shipment.
The shipping costs and risks of the return are at the expense of the buyer, unless it concerns a return of an incorrectly delivered item. In the case of an incorrectly delivered item, we will reimburse you for the costs incurred for the return shipment.
If your order is delivered, you have 14 days to exchange or return the items. After this period, the purchase can no longer be dissolved and becomes final. Unstamped or too franked packages are not accepted by Technozom.com, regardless of the reason for the return.
