1. Definitions

5. Price

6. Payment

7. Delivery

8. Transport

9. Liability

9.1 Technozom (technozom.com) is not liable for damage, of whatever nature or scope, that has arisen by Technozom (technozom.com), of what has been agreed with the other party, including negligence of Technozom (technozom. com) third parties engaged, unless Technozom (technozom.com) intent or gross negligence can be blamed.

9.2 Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous paragraph and other articles of these general terms and conditions, Technozom (technozom.com) is in any case never liable:

11. Retention of title

12. Warranty and liability

12.1 Technozom (technozom.com) itself gives no guarantee on the goods it delivers. Technozom (technozom.com) undertakes to comply with the provisions of the factory fault guarantee for the delivered goods. These warranty terms are stated in the terms of delivery of Technozom (technozom.com).


A. Technozom (technozom.com) is not liable for damage, theft or loss of the delivered product (s).

- The other party is responsible for the correct return of products delivered by Technozom (technozom.com.

- If it appears that the product or vehicle is defective and not covered by the warranty, the costs of the investigation, transport and repair are for the other party.

12.3 Without prejudice to the foregoing, the other party can not invoke the aforementioned guarantee provisions:

13. Complaints

14.Return delivery

15. Dissolution / termination

16. Disputes

All disputes about the agreement concluded by the parties, as well as these general terms and conditions, are exclusively subject to Dutch law.

3. Delivery and execution

4. Payment

7. Right of withdrawal
